"We attended an outdoor event last weekend and Martin from M.A. Catering prepared the food. The smoked pig was just amazing, I mean the rub/marinade kept the meat moist but still aloud for some great crispy outer skin pieces. The homemade potato salad and coleslaw was out of this world.
